I had a such great stay, with location to the shopping mall. Efficient staff did everything they could. Everything was good and I got ironing for free. It featured a work desk, multi-channel TV and a dining area, had cosy rooms. Walked in 5 minutes to Fornos Cafe that serves coffee and treats.

Location of the apartment was brilliant, peaceful. Such touches as a sitting area, ironing facilities and a study table were useful.

It was marvellous to the central shopping area of Queen Street. Efficient and decent staff, provided me with tips.

Responsive staff quickly resolved bathroom issues. Well-equipped, clean flat with plenty of space for me, my wife, and son. Comfortable beds and ample wardrobe space. Appreciated the fans in the heat. Nice touch to have USB sockets and quotes in the room. Netflix availability was a bonus for our teenage son. Fantastic location. Beautiful bedroom.

I had a great stay at Willow Serviced Apartments - 22. The location was excellent, with easy access to bus stops and coffee shops. The apartment itself was modern and clean, with stylish decor. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the free WiFi. Check-in was smooth, and I had good communication regarding parking. I would highly recommend this apartment for a pleasant stay in Cardiff.

Everything is what i need and want.

Reasonably priced venue. We loved the stay here, lovely experience. It was located in a shopping area adjacent to the central shopping area, the main restaurants and centre of Cardiff, Hosts were affable and accommodating, even gave us room with a double bed. Everything was simply perfect.

My recent stay at Willow Serviced Apartments - 22 was fantastic. The property manager, Sam, was highly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, with bus stops nearby and shops and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. I especially loved the convenience of the key box once I got the hang of it. The apartment itself was cozy and safe, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Loved the fact that the apartment was beautifully decorated and impressively clean. The location was spot on for easy access to the city centre. And let's not forget the super spacious loft room where my kids had a blast during our Xmas stay.

I was disappointed to find out about the £250 damage deposit, which wasn't mentioned beforehand. It could have been problematic if we needed to use our credit card for emergencies or purchases.

Great communication, free upgrade to 2 bedroom apartment, clean and modern facilities, convenient location with parking. Comfortable rooms with kitchen facilities, nice powerful shower. Perfect location, close to appointment and walkable to city centre. Lovely decor, clean property, prompt management and friendly housekeeping.

Our location was brilliant and incredible. Saw few city centre attractions within walking distance of the place. There was a bath in the private bathroom.
